Cornell Pillow, A ISSA Certified trainer and Business Marketing and Management Graduate of Saint Cloud Technical and Community College. Cornell specializes in basketball skills and development training that focuses on self development, confidence, responsibility and life long lessons.

​

Cornell formed NeverSleepAthletics in hopes of bringing athletes into a atmosphere where they can feel safe, secure and protected as he creates a program that can give athletes a second home and family. While also becoming an elite athlete.

Cornell has coached middle school, high school, traveling and AAU Basketball for the last 8 years, He is also the owner and director of Minnesota magic basketball AAU organization, He is also the Head Varsity Boys basketball coach of 2AA Twin Cities Academy He has been specializing in skill development as a serious profession for two years as he tries to help athletes cope with the hardships with the right guidance.

Trevor Heidish

Advanced Skills Coach | Group Instructor​

Coach Trevor Heidish established his name in the D2 NJCAA college scene where he helped his team win a regional championship and take on a high national bid at respected local Dakota County Technical College. Here he earned many opportunities to play at the NAIA & NCAA level. 

 

With that coach Trevor also was introduced to the coaching as well as player development environment where he decided he would end his playing career and go a full head of steam into helping the youth. 

 

Coach Trevor begin his career as a Youth coach for the Minnesota Magic AAU basketball organization. While working with the organization coach Trevor joined the NeverSleepAthletics training staff in 2022 where he started his career as an intermediate skills and development enhancement coach. Navigating his career as a youth coach as well as a skills and development enhancement coach. Coach Trevor took positions as the St Paul youth traveling 8A coach where he had a stellar season knocking off the #1 team in the state. 

 

Coach Trevor brings a detail oriented approach to the game as well as utilizing his knowledge and voice to allow athletics to gain confidence and passion in their training. Coach Trevor is currently the Minnesota Magic 2029 National team coach, as well as the 8A coach for Lakeville South while working as an advanced skills and development enhancement coach.

Damian Gallagher

Advanced Skills Coach | Group Instructor

Coach Damian started his career in basketball coaching as well as player development in 2022. Coach Damian Debuted his coaching career by taking on a position at Bloomington Jefferson Travel basketball program where he lead the teams to positive win records in both seasons he coached. He then took a position as an Assistant Varsity coach at Twin cities Academy developing his IQ, Details and resume under coach Cornell pillow as well as joining the Minnesota Magic Basketball AAU organization where he led their national team to a Top 15 team in the state bid. While developing as a coach , Coach Damian decided to officially join the NeverSleepAthletics Skills and Development staff in 2023 where he worked alone as a intermediate skill enhancement coach and has quickly worked his way up to be a reputable skills and development coach. He has Worked and Helped work with high level players such as Multi level College prospects and current players, as well as professional athletes. 

 

Coach Damian brings a Detail oriented approach as well as a nitty gritty development approach to his style as he continues to help his community of athletes develop.

 

Coach Damian is currently the 2026 national team coach, 2031 Youth coach for the Minnesota magic AAU organization as well as the 4A coach for the Apple Valley travel organization while providing player enhancement as a advanced skills and development coach.
